Can I order from the webshop without an account (as a guest)?

Unfortunately, this is not an option; we need your information for billing purposes.

What time can I expect to receive the order?

If you have placed your order on time, we aim to deliver the order on the agreed day between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address or make other changes about my order?

Where do you deliver in the Netherlands?

Do you also deliver abroad?

In principle, we deliver exclusively within the Netherlands but exceptions can always be made. Please contact us at info@hartdelicious.nl or 020-6597278 to discuss the possibilities.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How do I pay for my order?

Only your first order must be paid in advance by bank transfer or direct debit. Payments for subsequent orders can be made in arrears via invoicing or we will collect it by direct debit.

What is the payment term?

We apply a payment term of 14 days. You will receive the invoice from us after which you will transfer it by bank within 14 days or it will be automatically debited from your account.

OTHER INFORMATION

Do you make the products yourselves?

We are a wholesaler so we do not produce anything ourselves. We do have some products in our range that we release under our own label but these are produced exclusively for us by third parties.

Can I return or exchange my products?

Because we deliver deep frozen food, the products cannot be exchanged or returned.
