In onze bestelinformatie (zie bovenaan de homepage) vindt u onze leveringsvoorwaarden. We hanteren minimale orderwaarde en leveringsdagen per regio. Afhalen is mogelijk in overleg, neem dan contact met ons op via 020-6597278 of mail ons naar info@hartdelicious.nl.

Can I order from the webshop without an account (as a guest)?

Unfortunately, this is not an option; we need your information for billing purposes.

Do you also deliver abroad?

In principle, we deliver exclusively within the Netherlands but exceptions can always be made. Please contact us at info@hartdelicious.nl or 020-6597278 to discuss the possibilities.

What time can I expect to receive the order?

If you have placed your order on time, we aim to deliver the order on the agreed day between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address or make other changes about my order?

After placing your first order, enter your information and create an account.

Where do you deliver in the Netherlands?

Based on your zip code, you can see if we can deliver to you and what the terms are. You can also find the delivery terms at order information.

Kan ik mijn bestelling ook afhalen?

Ja, dan kan. Als u contact met ons opneemt kunnen we een datum en tijdstip afspreken en zorgen dat de bestelling klaar staat.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How do I pay for my order?

Only your first order must be paid in advance by bank transfer or direct debit. Payments for subsequent orders can be made in arrears via invoicing or we will collect it by direct debit.

What is the payment term?

We apply a payment term of 14 days. You will receive the invoice from us after which you will transfer it by bank within 14 days or it will be automatically debited from your account.

Leveringsvoorwaarden

Wanneer u uw bestelling heeft geplaatst ziet u, op basis van uw postcode, wanneer de bestelling wordt geleverd. Binnen Amsterdam leveren wij maandag t/m vrijdag. Binnen dit gebied kunt zelf aangeven wanneer u de bestelling geleverd wil hebben. De leveringsvoorwaarden voor de bestellingen vanuit overige regio’s in Nederland worden zichtbaar bij het bestellen of u kunt dit (hieronder) terugvinden bij leveringsvoorwaarden. We hanteren per regio een minimale orderwaarde. Daarnaast hanteren we ook een minimale orderwaarde voor franco levering, wanneer uw order hier niet aan voldoet zijn de bezorgkosten €30,-. Valt uw postcode buiten het gebied of herkent het systeem uw postcode niet, neem dan contact met ons op via 020-6597278 of mail ons naar info@hartdelicious.nl.

Do you make the products yourselves?

We are a wholesaler so we do not produce anything ourselves. We do have some products in our range that we release under our own label but these are produced exclusively for us by third parties.

Can I return or exchange my products?

Because we deliver deep frozen food, the products cannot be exchanged or returned.
